Application Coach

You: Crafting Your Story

I assist students with all aspects of college and graduate school applications: from essays, activities list, and resumes, to honors, blogs/vlogs and time management to ensure applications are completed on time. Whether students need help with brainstorming and topic generation or a set of eyes on final drafts, I’ll meet students where they are in the college essay process. Families do not sign a contract; they simply pay the hourly rate for the time used. There is no minimum fee or time required, and there is no rounding up for the hour, half hour, etc. Maybe the best way to explain the way I work is to share an essay of my own about this process. If you’re interested in my services, I look forward to speaking with you and am always happy to provide references.

College Essay Workshop

From brainstorming and outlining, to drafting and editing, develop the essay(s) that will make your application as strong as possible. We will examine excellent sample essays, brainstorm ideas for your topic and discuss topics to avoid, and begin to draft your work during the class so that you will be prepared to finish your essay at home.
